You’ll choose between the Home Team or Gym Team, based on where you train and what equipment you have.

Both tracks follow a smart, scalable 6-day weekly structure:

Each workout is written to adapt to your schedule — whether you have a full hour or just 30 minutes to move. You’ll also get movement demo videos, built-in tracking, and monthly progressions that keep your training effective and purposeful.

  • You don’t need a full gym—just a few key pieces that make training effective and efficient at home.

    The minimum recommended setup includes:

    • A yoga or exercise mat

    • A pair of dumbbells (medium weight)

    • A pair of kettlebells (light + heavy if possible)

    • A set of resistance bands (including a loop band and long band)

    • A bench or sturdy surface for support and pressing movements

    With this basic setup, you’ll be able to complete every workout in the program—right from your garage, basement, living room, or wherever you can carve out the space.
