Built from 14 years of coaching parents (and being one myself), this system takes out the guesswork and helps you finally build strength that lasts.

No lifetime commitment, just life changing progress.

Meet Your Coach: Sam Moses

Hi! I’m Sam—husband to Kinsey, proud dad to Olivia, and a seasoned fitness professional with over 14 years of experience. I understand firsthand the challenges parents face in prioritizing health amidst the demands of family life.

After coaching parents for over a decade, I finally became one myself. And let me tell you—I get it now. Between the diapers, appointments, sleepless nights, and nonstop demands of family life, the idea of carving out 45 minutes to sweat feels impossible some days. I’ve lived it. I’m still living it.

But here’s my thought—

If it came down to it, we’re all willing to die for our kids… But are you strong enough to live for them?

Are you strong enough to prioritize your health, capacity, and longevity to show up with energy every single day?

That's why I founded the Strong Parent Collective: to provide busy parents with practical, effective tools to build strength, boost energy, and lead by example. Through fitness education, intelligent programming, community support, and a focus on progress over perfection, we're here to help you become the strongest version of yourself—for you and your family.

The Strong Parent Philosophy

A pregnant woman standing in a gym, smiling with her hands on her hips, as a shirtless man kisses her belly. The gym has weight plates, medicine balls, a whiteboard, a motivational quote, and a fan in the background.

As parents, we have an unspoken obligation to our kids:
To show up as our best selves, not just for us—but for them.

And whether society says it or not, your physical health is one of the foundations of being your best. When we take care of our bodies, we unlock the energy, patience, confidence, and capability that parenthood demands.

This isn’t a six-pack competition or a bodybuilder’s club. This is a community of parents who believe that being fit is about living fully—not looking perfect.

We’re built around three simple ideas:

If you believe that being the best parent starts with taking care of yourself—you belong here.

Real Parents. Real Results.
